Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Restaurant Depot. Please take note of the privileges and responsibilities that come with your membership card:

1. Membership:

Restaurant Depot is open only to members. Membership is available to businesses and persons involved in foodservice -- hotels, restaurants, caterers, canteens, food stalls, cafes, bars, chefs, bakers, and baristas. Prior to approval, you may be asked to present proof that you are one of these entities. Restaurant Depot reserves the right to refuse membership to an applicant, as well as the right to invalidate a membership card for any reason.

2. Membership Fees:

Membership is completely free for the duration of validity of the card.

3. Membership Cards:

Every company branch can register up to two (2) cards. Membership is valid until the date indicated on the card. The name specified on the card, business or individual, is the exclusive holder of the membership card. A business may transfer this card among their employees. Otherwise, for individuals this card is non-transferable. The holder is responsible for the safekeeping of their card and must report lost or stolen cards immediately to Restaurant Depot.

4. Renewal and Revision of Cards:

Membership may be renewed three (3) months before the expiry date indicated on the card. In the event of any change in the details of the company representative, you may approach the lobby to have the details changed.

5. Guest Policy:

Members may bring guests into the store, however only members are allowed to purchase items with their card. Items may not be opened before purchase. Members are responsible for any opened or damaged items, including by their guests.

6. Payment:

Store items can be paid for via cash, debit card, or credit card authorized by Restaurant Depot. Items may only be purchased by members. Upon purchase you will be asked to present your membership card to the cashier.

7. Receipt Verification:

To ensure that you have been charged correctly for the items received, all receipts will be verified upon leaving Restaurant Depot.

8. Parking:

Although parking is available in the store premises, Restaurant Depot is not responsible for any damage or loss to your vehicle while at the store area.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties:

Restaurant Depot honors returns, refunds, and warranties of goods for valid reasons, subject to the policies posted within the store premises.

10. Notifications:

Upon registration Restaurant Depot may send notifications to your indicated contact information. You may opt out of these notifications.
